Livigno, 11 marzo 2026 – Registration officially opens today for the 26th edition of Stralivigno, the iconic summer half marathon that once again transforms Livigno into a destination of energy, togetherness and sporting challenge. The event will take place on Saturday, 18 July, with the 21 km race starting at 4:00 p.m., taking runners along scenic trails and panoramic routes that showcase the stunning alpine landscape of a destination where sport has always been an essential part of its identity, 365 days a year.

Stralivigno is much more than a race: it is a meeting point for amateur and professional runners alike, bringing together those who run for the love of the sport and those who embrace the challenge with a competitive mindset. It is an event that welcomes everyone, finding its fullest expression in Livigno’s unique alpine setting. Participants can enter either as individual runners or in a two-person relay format, offering the opportunity to share the effort, the rhythm of the race and the excitement of crossing the finish line together.

Registration opens today with a special early-bird entry fee of €35 for the individual race and €45 per team for the relay, valid until 20 March. Online registration will remain open until 15 July 2026.

The event follows a spectacular 21 km course starting from Aquagranda, the Olympic Preparation Centre that welcomes athletes from a wide range of disciplines throughout the year and recently served as Casa Italia during the Winter Olympic Games. From there, runners are invited to discover the entire Livigno valley, taking in its breathtaking alpine scenery while relying on nothing but their determination and the rhythm of their stride.

The event also features the MiniStralivigno, a race dedicated to younger participants, and the Stralivigno Village, an expo area offering exhibitions, activities and opportunities to meet partners and fellow runners, making every edition a truly all-round experience.

Following the unforgettable Winter Olympic season, Livigno once again confirms its status as a year-round sports destination, where every season offers new opportunities to train, explore and compete.
